Tenant Fit Outs and Relocations.
Project Control will co-ordinate tenants fitout needs and organise everything including relocating them from existing premises.
In the case of a refurbishment where the tenant needs to occupy the building while work is going on we act as the clients representative and coordinate construction work and shut downs with the tenant to ensure a seamless transition.
We will also manage the close out of consents with the council to ensure all building code requirements are met prior to occupancy.
