Procurement and Construction

 

This involves the selection of nominated specialised sub contractors and may involve the procurement of building elements prior to the main contract being awarded.

It could include materials sourced off shore or engaging precast sub contractors prior to tendering in order to meet critical dates.

 

We also select suitable main contractors and manage the tender process through to award. We then monitor progress on site, deal with changes and authorise payments. We provide regular reporting to our client and other stakeholders as required.

 

Our strength is in having the site based knowledge to solve problems proactively rather than reactively, we understand what the builder needs to get the job done so we make sure the design team works with them to avoid delays and cost overruns.
